Efemena PraiseAvwernaroro is the Founder, Owner, Master Trainer & Elite Bodyguard of Mission Ready Fitness.
My journey into both personal training and elite bodyguard services began with one simple belief: strength is more than muscle — it’s about discipline, resilience, and purpose.
Growing up in Lagos, I was passionate about fitness from a young age. Sports, exercise, and pushing my physical limits taught me not just about health, but about confidence and mental toughness. Over the years, I turned that passion into a professional career, becoming a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping people transform their bodies and improve their lives.
But life took me beyond the gym. Recognizing the increasing need for personal security in Lagos, I expanded into professional protection services. I underwent rigorous bodyguard training, learning the art of risk management, threat assessment, and personal safety. Today, I’m proud to lead a team that offers not only top-tier fitness coaching, but also elite security services for those who need protection at the highest level.
